HOME, the new cultural center of Manchester located in First Street opened May 21, 2015, and involved Trimo and Steel Color for the construction of the building facade.
Trimo, a company specialized in coatings systems and commissioned to set up the facade of the building, used Steel Color finishes for the production of modular panels.
The project was followed by the architectural firm Mecanoo in Delft (Netherlands), that opted for the surface finishing of stainless steel Lino Blu.
The embossed material Lino Lucido has undergone the process of electro-coloring that led, then, to take on the blue color.
With this method we have been emphasizing different elements which characterize Steel Color products, including:

– The maximum durability
